Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

At Hanover Animal Hospital, we strive to provide timely care to all patients. Missed appointments limit our ability to serve other pets in need.

• Same-day cancellations (cancellations made on the day of the scheduled appointment), and

• No-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice)

will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

This fee:

• May be charged to the card on file, if applicable

• Must be paid before scheduling future appointments

• Is assessed per missed appointment

We understand emergencies happen. Hanover Animal Hospital reserves the right to waive the fee at its discretion in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
